• Applies to engine sold by Marine Reman Engines, it begins the day it was purchased.

• Warranty ins't transferable, apply only to the purchaser or end costumer. You will need proof of receipts. 

• All engines are sold as is with no warranty. Customer is required to do all inspection before installing engine. We do not pay any freight, labor or parts. Customer is 100% responsible for any labor or damage on the engine.

• Warranty on engine machine work is valid as long as engine is installed properly by certified mechanic, under no circumstances we will cover any labor or pay another mechanic or shop to fix any problem caused by either party parts. 

• Warranty applies: block, cylinder heads and internal parts, it doesn't cover any labor or parts, such as rental towing, freight or damages, oil, oil filters, antifreeze or any materials or accessories. For what ever reason you have a problem with our engine, we will fix your engine for a fraction of the price as in must cases you will just pay for parts to fix engine, not machine work, engines will have to be ship back by purchaser.

• Limitation: manifold must be replaced.

• Engine must be primed before turned over.

• All accessories must be check and cleaned before install any magnaflex such as intake.

• Oil has to be changed after every 45 hours or 4 months.

• Engine  can not be over heated.

• Damages caused by pre ignition or detonation lack of lubrication.

• Engine must be assembled first on floor to check for oil pressure, oil leaks or over heating due to improper assembly.

• Damaged done by over revving or abusing engine.

• Water flooding engine not winterized.

• Engine not serviced correctly for the three months warranty.
